Warranty Policy

At Burbank Motor Works, we stand behind the quality of our work and the parts we use. Our goal is to give every customer peace of mind knowing their vehicle is in trusted hands.

Labor Warranty

All labor performed by our technicians is covered by a 30-day warranty.

Parts Warranty

Parts purchased and installed by us are covered by a 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty (whichever comes first). This warranty includes both parts and labor.

We always use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts or better, whenever available, to ensure reliability and performance.

Parts supplied by customers are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty. In these cases, Burbank Motor Works warrants labor only for 30 days.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

Warranty coverage applies only to the original service and vehicle listed on the invoice.

Any modifications, misuse, neglect, or repairs performed by another shop may void the warranty.

Manufacturer part warranties may vary; we will assist in processing claims when applicable.
